Re-utilizing an area of the venue during an event

Re-utilizing an area of the venue during an event is a great way to get around space issues and sometimes even avoid additional rental fee’s but that means sometimes we have to transform a space during the wedding itself. For this event the cocktail hour was right beside the lawn so we waited until guests moved to dinner then had 2 hours to break down the arch, move the cocktail tables, bistro tables and ottomans, install truss, lighting, a dancefloor, setup the bar and have the live band setup…. all whilst also coordinating dinner & speeches. Its intense at the time but so worth it and thanks to our amazing team we always get it done ☺️
